Training for teens and adults who want to explore themselves, get more self-control
and want to experience self-defense. We coach individuals and groups, at all ages.

Our training method is based on:
CONDITION, POWER, RESISTANCE, EMOTION, POSTURE, VOICE and
BREATHING TECHNIQUES.
Books are not needed: we learn from doing and experiencing.

We use  punching bags, punching -and kicking pads, boxing gloves, jump ropes and judo mats.

For schools, supportgroups and community centers: we have special competitive rates!
We provide training on site, worldwide.
